Pillangó Placements is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to drive daily activities across warehousing, procurement, production coordination and logistics in Centurion. You will optimise stock, schedules and supplier relations while leading a growing team to deliver on commitments.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations, a proven leadership track record, and strong problem-solving abilities. FMCG or distribution exposure is a plus.
