Our client is seeking a meticulous and reliable Commercial Cleaning Technician for various sites in and around Centurion . This role is essential for maintaining the professional appearance and hygiene of commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and employees alike. You will be responsible for executing detailed cleaning schedules, utilizing specialized equipment and products to achieve superior results. • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties for commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms according to established hygiene standards.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and polish fixtures and furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks.

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
