Cleaning Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning team in Centurion . This role is fundamental to ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for clients and staff. You will be responsible for directing daily cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring proper storage.
• Address any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and cleaning schedules.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
