Commercial Sanitation Specialist Facility

• Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules for all commercial areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and production zones.
• Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of surfaces, equipment, and high‑traffic areas using approved methods and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Operate and maintain various cleaning machines and tools, such as floor buffers, industrial vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring attention and address them proactively.
• Train and supervise junior cleaning staff as needed, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and any incidents or concerns.
• Collaborate with facility management to address specific cleaning needs and improve overall hygiene standards in Centurion, Gauteng

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfection procedures, and sanitation best practices.
