About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager with a specialization in Project Execution to join their team in Centurion . This role is central to ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of key projects within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing project life cycles, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of operational processes critical to project success, working within a dedicated team environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational capabilities.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Manage project teams, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and accountability among members.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management , with a significant focus on project management and execution.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
