Our client, a respected charitable organization, is seeking a dedicated Social Impact Manager to lead initiatives focused on community upliftment in Centurion . This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for measurable results and a deep understanding of social dynamics. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that create lasting positive change. This is an on-site position, fostering direct engagement with beneficiaries and local stakeholders, allowing for hands-on involvement in community projects and the development of robust partnerships within the Gauteng province.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize the social impact of the organization's programs.
- Oversee the implementation of various community-based projects, ensuring they meet defined goals and timelines.
- Conduct needs assessments and impact evaluations to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with community groups, government agencies, and corporate sponsors.
- Manage program budgets efficiently and ensure responsible allocation of resources.
- Supervise and mentor a team of program officers and field staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Sociology, or International Development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, impact assessment, or social work leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex projects with significant social impact.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the socio-economic landscape in South Africa .
