Program Manager, Social Inclusion Initiatives

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead their vital Social Inclusion Initiatives in Centurion, Gauteng . This is a critical leadership role focused on designing, implementing, and overseeing programs aimed at integrating marginalized groups into mainstream society. You will work closely with diverse communities, stakeholders, and government bodies to drive meaningful change. This position requires a hands‑on approach, with significant time spent on‑site engaging with beneficiaries and partners, as well as in the office managing program operations. • Develop and execute strategic plans for social inclusion programs.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Lead a team of program officers and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring outcomes align with objectives.
• Identify emerging social inclusion challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Represent the organization in relevant forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Development and manage reporting mechanisms for program progress and impact.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and funding requirements.
• Advocate for policies and practices that promote social inclusion within the community.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the social sector.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing large-scale social inclusion or community development programs.
• Strong understanding of social justice issues, inequality, and integration strategies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in program evaluation methodologies and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with diverse cultural groups and vulnerable populations.
• Ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Must be based in or able to commute regularly to Centurion, Gauteng .
