Position: SMT Process Engineer for Production Optimization
A leading electronics manufacturer in Centurion is seeking a candidate to manage the SMT production process end-to-end. Responsibilities include optimizing JUKI pick-and-place machines, supporting production across all shifts, and ensuring quality compliance with QA/QC standards. Candidates should have experience in production management and be able to create/update SOPs while training operators on best practices.
