Nightshift Foreman

Our client is searching for a Night shift Foreman to join their team (Centurion / Samrand)

Location: Centurion Shift: Mon–Thu 18:00–06:00 +
some Fridays (as required)

• Lead and manage the night shift production team to meet output, quality, and safety targets, with a strong hands-on focus and basic technical support during breakdowns.

• Supervise night shift staff and daily production activities

• Ensure safe work practices, housekeeping, and quality checks

• Manage start-up/shutdown, shift handovers, and reporting

• Troubleshoot stoppages and coordinate maintenance support

• Previous experience as a Foreman/Shift Supervisor in a production environment

• Trade and/or technical maintenance experience (hands-on)

• Afrikaans & English (speak/read/write)

• Willing and able to work permanent night shift hours

• Forklift driving ability/licence (beneficial)
