Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to join their manufacturing facility in Centurion . You will be a key point of contact for your team, providing guidance, support, and training to operators.

• Lead and direct a team of production operators on a designated assembly or production line.
• Ensure production schedules are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and implement immediate solutions.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing team members, reinforcing best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor.
• Verify that all products manufactured on the line meet established quality control standards.

• Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a manufacturing or production environment .
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Solid understanding of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts if required by operational demands in Gauteng .
