Senior Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Supervisor

• Supervise and guide a team of production personnel, ensuring adherence to work schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including equipment operation, material handling, and in-process controls.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production output and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing measures to optimize efficiency and yield.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, logbooks, and equipment logs.
• Ensure proper cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Train and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
