• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website performance and conversion funnels.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities across various marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Analyze user behavior and website data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategies for growth.
• Develop and manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement website improvements and new features.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging growth hacking techniques.

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role with a focus on e-commerce growth.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
