About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Program Officer with a strong focus on social impact to join their team in Centurion . This role is central to designing, implementing, and overseeing charitable programs that address critical community needs. You will work collaboratively to ensure programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with our client's mission and strategic objectives. If you are passionate about driving positive change and have a knack for project management within the non-profit sector, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to our client's impactful work in Gauteng .
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of new and existing social impact programs from conception to completion.
- Monitor program performance, collect data, and prepare comprehensive reports on outcomes and impact.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Foster collaborative relationships with community partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
- Identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant writing and proposal development efforts.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and future initiatives.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management within the non-profit or social impact sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating social programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in grant writing and reporting is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in Public Administration, International Development, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
