Join our team as a Risk Assessor (Temp) in Centurion, Gauteng for a 2-month contract.
Job Title:
Risk Assessor
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Type: Temp
Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)
Purpose:
Conduct health and safety risk assessments within the plant to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend controls in line with legal requirements.
Scope:Plant areas, Production, Warehouse, Workshops, Equipment etc. Excludes offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct baseline and task-based risk assessments.
- Identify various hazards including machinery, manual handling, confined space, chemical, noise, forklifts, and electrical hazards.
- Evaluate risks and recommend controls.
- Compile risk assessment reports and action plans.
- Health and safety qualification, SAMTRAC, NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Risk assessment certification.
- Knowledge of OHSA and ISO 45001.
- 2-3 years of experience.
