Job Purpose:

Ensure the end-to-end quality of all Online Tools (including Web platforms, Quote engines, and financial calculators) through comprehensive functional and non-functional testing, enabling reliable, scalable, and high-performing digital adviser and client experiences.

Drive AI-enabled quality engineering practices to improve defect prevention, accelerate delivery, and enhance test coverage across digital ecosystems

The role covers testing across:

• Web-based adviser and client platforms
• Quote and pricing engines
• Financial and investment calculators
• Digital engagement tools and integrations
• APIs and backend services supporting Online Tools

• Functional, regression, and integration testing
• Performance, scalability, and reliability
• Security and compatibility validations
• Data accuracy and calculation validation (critical for financial tools)

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across Online Tools
• Execute testing across functionality, performance, reliability, stability, compatibility, and integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis between requirements and existing solutions.
• Ensure user stories are testable, with clear acceptance criteria
• Define and enforce quality standards in PI planning and sprint cycles.
• Develop and maintain: oTest plans oTest cases oExecution results and traceability
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
• Execute and maintain automated regression suites
• Implement API and UI automation testing aligned to engineering standards.
• Validate integration points across legacy and external systems.

• Validate financial calculations in quote tools and calculators
• Perform data integrity and reconciliation testing (incl. big data outputs)
• Use SQL and database tools to validate backend data accuracy

• Sprint planning
• PI planning

Contribute to team predictability through test coverage insights

Drive early defect detection and prevention practices

Collaborate with:

• Developers
• Product Owners
• Business Analysts

Demonstrate test outcomes and solution quality to stakeholders

Promote collective ownership of quality within the squad

• Apply AI tools for:
  Defect prediction and risk-based testing
• Use AI to improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy
• Leverage AI-assisted automation for:
  Self-healing test scripts, Maintenance reduction

• Use AI and analytics to:
  Predict high-risk areas, Improve release confidence

• AI outputs are validated and explainable
• Bias and incorrect predictions are mitigated
• AI-generated tests meet quality standards

• Use AI-assisted development and testing tools to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency

• Atleast 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience as Technical Test Analyst- in automation testing strong focus or in a similar role
• Atleast 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in testing experience, with strong automation focus
• Degree in IT / Computer Science (preferred
• Strong financial services / investments experience preferred
• Automation Frameworks - API:
