We are hiring for Africa Middle East (AME) Environmental, Health & Safety Co-Ordinator – Supply & Field Operations.
As the AME Safety Coordinator – Supply & Field Operations, you will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and continuously improving health, safety and environmental programs across Supply & Logistics Operations, Warehousing, Parent Seed Field Operations, Seed Production Operations, and related operational activities throughout the Africa Middle East (AME) region.
The role partners closely with operational leaders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations, investigate incidents, coordinate training programs, and drive a proactive safety culture across geographically dispersed locations.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Supply & Logistics and Field Operations teams while supporting the achievement of Corteva's safety vision and performance objectives.

You will work closely with operational teams to ensure a safe, compliant and proactive safety culture throughout the AME region.
Your Challenge- Support the implementation of Corteva's EHS strategy across AME Supply & Field Operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company EHS standards, procedures, policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Coordinate and implement safety programs across Supply & Logistics Operations, Warehousing, Parent Seed Field Operations and Seed Production Operations.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections and compliance reviews at operational facilities, warehouses, distribution sites, parent seed field locations and field testing sites.
- Perform risk assessments and support operational teams in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.
- Support and coordinate incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Track and analyze safety performance metrics, trends and key performance indicators.
- Maintain safety records, compliance documentation and reporting systems.
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning across operational locations.
- Coordinate contractor safety management processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Facilitate safety training, onboarding and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operational leaders to implement and sustain safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective action follow-up and closure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Corteva EHS expectations.

Qualifications & Key Competencies- Related qualifications and/or certificates
- Previous EH&S experience required preferably in agriculture, supply chain, warehousing, field operations, seed production, manufacturing, or logistics environments
- Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, contractor safety management, training and safety awareness programs.
- Passion for creating a world-class safety culture.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven approach to safety performance improvement.
- Working knowledge of EHS legal compliance requirements across multiple countries…
