As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Intern (QA) with our RCL FOODS Speciality Centurion operating unit.

• Monitor online quality by observation of online practices and completion of necessary check sheets
• Lead the Team to deliver quality end product and must display some leadership qualities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and records/ documentation in terms of product dispatched to customer complaints
• Reports deviations and advice of the necessary corrective actions
• Follows up on the implementation of corrective actions and escalates to higher authority if not accepted
• Observes that employees on the line adhere to SHE, GMP and Food Safety practices and advises on necessary corrective action required when contravened
• Monitors and ensures adherence to prescribed legal, statutory compliance, customer specific regulatory and internal requirements
• Do inspections for SHE, GMP and Food Safety practices ensuring compliance and communication to area management

• Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in a unionized food processing plant and FMCG Production
• Preference will be given to those who have a national diploma in Food Safety or are studying towards such
