QA Test Lead

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven QA Test Lead to join our team in Centurion. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused testing professional to take the lead in ensuring the reliability, functionality and quality of innovative loyalty and rewards technology solutions used by leading brands.

• Grade 12 / Matric with relevant Software Testing / QA training, qualification or practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ commercial software testing experience, including leading or coordinating testing activities.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and practical experience in functional, regression, integration and system testing.
• Experience translating requirements into test scenarios, cases and data, and managing test plans, execution, defects and quality reporting.
• Ability to estimate effort, prioritise work, manage dependencies, monitor progress and assess release readiness.
• Proven ability to coordinate QA resources and collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Willingness to do after hours support duties.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours during releases or critical implementations.
