- Conduct research on crop genetics, soil health, and sustainable farming practices to improve productivity and resilience.
- Analyze agricultural data to identify trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and test new farming techniques, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
- Collaborate with farm managers and agricultural extension officers to disseminate research findings and best practices.
- Prepare scientific reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external audiences.

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a closely related field.
