As a Sales Assistant you will be a Brand ambassador who helps customers discover the brand and its products. The role is customer-facing and includes creating enjoyable in-store moments, keeping the store visually appealing and stocked, and working with the team to meet store goals. There’s an emphasis on doing meaningful work through the company’s community-focused initiatives.

• Create and deliver excellent customer experiences in store.
• Advocate for Cotton On Group’s community and foundation work when engaging with customers.
• Maintain store appearance through replenishing stock and merchandising product.
