About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join their team in Centurion . In this role, you will be a key player in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring junior sales staff. You will act as a product expert, assisting customers with their purchasing decisions and contributing to the overall success of the store.

This position offers the chance to take on more responsibility, develop leadership skills, and make a tangible impact on sales performance within a well-regarded retail environment, supporting the store management team with daily operational tasks and customer engagement strategies.

• Engage customers, identify their needs, and provide expert advice on products and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team goals.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist in maintaining store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock organization.
• Mentor and support junior sales associates, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about new merchandise.
• Experience in a Senior Sales Associate or similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, at the Centurion location.
