About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading operations at their Centurion location. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and train retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure performance standards are met.

• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure all customer service issues are resolved effectively.

• Previous experience in a Retail Assistant Manager or supervisory role.
