About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Representative to cover the Centurion, Gauteng territory. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and generating new business opportunities within the region. You will be the primary point of contact for many of our customers, understanding their evolving needs and presenting our solutions effectively. This position operates on a hybrid model, allowing for flexible work arrangements while ensuring consistent face-to-face interaction with clients in and around Centurion , fostering strong partnerships and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and present solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing opportunities from lead generation to closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and demonstrable success in closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential for territory coverage.
