Customer Support Account Manager

This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who combines OEM product expertise with excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and dealer partners.
• Act as the primary contact for complex product, machine performance, and uptime-related issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of technical and service concerns.
• Develop and strengthen dealer technical capabilities through training, coaching, and support.
• Lead customer engagements, account reviews, and regular service discussions.
• Analyse recurring customer issues and implement proactive support strategies.
• Manage warranty and reimbursement processes in line with company policies.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value through additional products and services.

• Must have agricultural industry experience.
• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience is essential.
• Strong technical understanding of agricultural machinery, equipment, diagnostics, and product support.
• Experience supporting dealer networks, customers, and field service operations.

• Technically focused candidates will be strongly preferred.
• Background in product support, technical support, aftermarket support, dealer development, service management, or customer account management within the agricultural equipment sector.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for customer experience and equipment performance.
