Account Manager

• Develop and manage relationships with strategic customer accounts.
• Create and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify opportunities for new business, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

• Agricultural industry experience is essential.
• OEM experience is required.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
