• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Design and deliver scalable API and Identity Management solutions
• Lead the architecture and implementation of strategic projects
• Ensure adherence to best practice development standards and testing methodologies
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while driving innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives
• Drive knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement within the team

• Education: Degree or Diploma in IT or related field
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6–8 years’ relevant development experience
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead development role
  • Experience delivering enterprise‑level, high‑performance systems

  • Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
  • Proven ability to build scalable and high‑performance REST APIs
  • Experience with Identity Management solutions
  • Strong database design and SQL development (queries, stored procedures, views)
  • Experience with Entity Framework (EF6 / EF Core)
  • Exposure to microservices or service‑oriented architecture
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practices
• Advantageous:
  • Azure Dev Ops, cloud technologies (Azure Functions, Cosmos DB)
  • API tools such as Postman and Swagger
