• Design, architect, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications across web, mobile, and desktop environments.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, architectural principles, and development methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Solve complex technical challenges relating to application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineering teams, fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the .NET ecosystem.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architectural roadmaps, and long‑term technology planning aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, technical governance, and architecture discussions to maintain quality and consistency across projects.

• Minimum of 10 years' professional software development experience
  , with at least 7 years focused on .NET technologies

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale software solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Demonstrated success leading complex software projects and influencing technical strategy within development teams.

• Extensive knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework

• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles, including:
