Service Now TSM Developer

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Full-time)

Hands-on delivery role for a Senior Service Now Developer to design, build, and integrate a Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) implementation. Focuses on order orchestration, CMDB/asset governance, and multi-system telecom integrations. (Pure build/implementation role; not administration/support).

• TSM & Workflow Development:
  Build customer order management workflows, service/resource order decomposition, fulfilment orchestration, and Service Portal/Workspace solutions.
• Complex Integrations:
  Develop integrations connecting Service Now to OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, activation, ACS, and device management platforms using Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Transform Maps (aligned with TM Forum Open APIs).
• CMDB & Asset Management:
  Design CSDM-aligned CI class structures, relationship models, and inventory registries; configure Discovery, IRE rules, and full asset lifecycle controls.
• Rollout & Campaign Automation:
  Build platform workflows for device/site rollouts, firmware deployment campaigns, approval routing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Core Platform Engineering:
  Write custom logic using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ACLs; manage update sets, scoped apps, and multi-environment deployments.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience (3+ years in build/implementation-focused roles).
• Scripting & APIs:
  Advanced JavaScript and Glide API skills (Glide Record, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax, Script Includes) plus solid SQL/relational database knowledge.
• Integration Expertise:
  Proven track record building complex multi-system integrations via Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.
• CMDB & Asset Mastery:
  Deep expertise in CI class design, CSDM alignment, Discovery, IRE rules, and Service Now Asset Management.
• Order Orchestration:
  Hands‑on experience building order management and fulfilment workflow solutions in enterprise environments.

(Preferred:
Service Now TSM / Telecom domain background, CIS/CSA certifications, and OSS/BSS integration experience).
