Microsoft Power Platform Consultant

• Relevant IT / Computer Science / Information Systems Degree or Diploma
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications: PL-200 (Functional Consultant) or PL-400 (Developer) essential; PL-600 (Solution Architect), AI-102 (AI Engineer) and AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) advantageous.

3–5 years’ hands‑on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), Power Pages portals, and Dataverse. Practical experience designing and deploying Copilot Studio AI Agents is highly advantageous. Prior consulting experience within a Microsoft Partner or systems integrator environment strongly preferred.

Power Platform Consultant:
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end‑to‑end Microsoft Power Platform solutions for 4

Sight’s clients across multiple industries. The consultant will engage directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user‑friendly applications using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Copilot AI Agents — driving digital transformation, automation, and productivity through low‑code innovation and AI‑enabled experiences.

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps aligned to client business requirements.
• Build and maintain Power Pages portals with Dataverse integration for external‑facing customer, partner, and self‑service experiences.
• Develop Power Automate cloud and desktop flows to automate business processes across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third‑party systems via standard and custom connectors.
• Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio AI Agents and conversational experiences, integrating generative AI, knowledge sources, and custom actions into business workflows.
• Lead requirements workshops, UAT, and stakeholder engagement; manage Dataverse schemas, security, ALM, and environment governance; and provide technical documentation, handover, and post‑go‑live support.

Ideal candidates will come from a Microsoft Partner, systems integrator, or in‑house Power Platform Centre of Excellence. Strong consulting and client‑facing skills are essential, including the ability to run workshops, demos, and UAT sessions. Experience with Azure Dev Ops, source control, solution ALM, and agile delivery is advantageous. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Framework, Azure AI Foundry, or the wider Microsoft Cloud is a bonus.
