• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile application developers.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of native iOS and Android applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into robust mobile solutions.
• Drive innovation in mobile technologies, evaluating and adopting new tools and frameworks.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and stability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the mobile development landscape.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Extensive experience developing native iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C and/or native Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating with backend services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality mobile applications.
