Agile Project Lead - Software Development

Our client, a dynamic software development house, is looking for an experienced Agile Project Lead to manage cutting-edge software projects. This role involves a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with essential in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for guiding agile teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and best practices.
• Manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks for the development team to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment, both in-office and remotely.
• Ensure the timely delivery of software releases that meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on agile software development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
• Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering complex software projects.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings as part of a hybrid model.
