Logistics Associate Hub

Our client is seeking a motivated Logistics Associate to join their team in Centurion . This hybrid role involves coordinating daily delivery schedules and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics hub. You will balance on-site responsibilities with remote communication, liaising between drivers and management to resolve issues and optimize workflows. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and requires an individual who can adapt to both structured office tasks and dynamic, on-the-ground coordination, ensuring all logistical targets are met effectively.

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch drivers to assigned routes.
• Monitor driver progress and provide support to resolve route deviations or delays.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update logistics management systems.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods during on-site shifts.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and inquiries.
• Process delivery documentation and reconcile any discrepancies.

• Previous experience in a logistics or dispatch role.
• Familiarity with delivery management software and route planning.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with drivers and customers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid model.
• Must be able to commute to the Centurion hub for scheduled on-site shifts.
