• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (advantageous).
• 2–5 years of experience in a receiving/dispatch or warehouse role.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems).
• Knowledge of inventory control and shipping procedures.
• Valid forklift license (advantageous).

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock, materials, and deliveries.
• Record goods received and ensure accuracy with purchase orders.
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and warehouse staff for timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock systems.
• Track shipments and resolve any discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and storage of goods.
• Support stock counts, audits, and general warehouse organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in receiving and dispatch areas.
