Stock Controller

We are currently looking for a Stock Controller to monitor and maintain stock levels to meet business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the receiving, storing, issuing and tracking of inventory.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and process new orders.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, usage and discrepancies.
• Organise warehouse stock layouts and ensure proper storage.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, losses and inaccuracies.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock control processes.
