Location: Ceres, CA (Central Valley) - Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities- We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to join our industrial construction team. This role will lead cost estimating, bid preparation, and proposal development for mechanical, piping, electrical, and civil projects.
- Review drawings & specs, prepare accurate cost estimates (labor, material, equipment)
- Manage multiple bids, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and purchasing teams
- Support business development with professional bid presentations
- Ensure smooth handoff to execution team post-award
- 7–10+ years’ estimating experience in industrial construction
- Proficiency with estimating software (Heavy Bid, Sage, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Excel)
- Strong blueprint/spec reading and takeoff skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Degree in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
