We are seeking a Client-Facing Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our consulting clients. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, coordinate project logistics, track deliverables, and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding to project completion.
Unlike traditional support roles, you will work in a fast-paced, consulting environment where you must quickly adapt to different client industries, technical terminologies, and project timelines. You will be the "voice of Realtek," ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and client portals, responding with professionalism and speed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for non-technical administrative needs.
- Proactively communicate project status updates, meeting schedules, and deliverable timelines to clients.
- Handle escalated client concerns with empathy, de-escalating issues and coordinating with project managers to find solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and site visits between clients and our engineering/consulting teams.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and access credentials are processed correctly.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of administrative support materials (reports, decks, data files).
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on client satisfaction, ticket volume, and response times.
- Verify billing information and assist the finance team with invoicing queries.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Engineering, Data, Product) to ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Identify trends in client feedback and report them to leadership to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on Realtek Consulting's service offerings to answer client questions accurately.
Position Requirements
High School,
Less than 1 Year
work experience - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom). Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch contexts quickly between different clients and industries.
