Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

- Take premium payments from customers.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and resolve or refer problems.
- Educate clients on insurance policies that best suit their needs.
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks.
- To reach $19/hour, you must get licensed within 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the individual.
- Completion of the assessment is required.
- Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
- Driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful and challenging situations tactfully.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
- No prior insurance experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
