Base pay range$25.75/hr - $31.26/hr
JOB STATEMENT: Oversee the cellar operation, serve as back‑up to the Supervisor in a leadership capacity, and coordinate general layout and organization of the cellar department.
Essential Duties- Carry out direct orders from Cellar Supervisors, Cellar Manager, and Lead III.
- Directly supervise a cellar crew of 5 or more persons.
- Work with shift supervisor to oversee the proper operation of cellar procedures/equipment.
- Oversee crush areas and/or cellar areas consisting of line‑ups, sanitation, and various processing equipment.
- Learn at least one‑third of all Lead positions and standard operating procedures; continually update as the company grows.
- Successfully pass an exam on each area/procedure when training is deemed sufficient by a supervisor.
- Participate in training and become a member of the Company’s Emergency Rescue Team; attend all other safety‑related or otherwise directed trainings.
- Be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Approve starting gauges and release process orders in the absence of a Cellar Supervisor.
- Preferably qualified as a Racker & Blender and/or Operator I, II, III (desired).
- Must have above‑average attendance; to be considered for advancement, maintain an attendance record at or below the first written warning.
- Must have demonstrated good performance, attitude, and behavior.
- Must pass an assessment quiz to be qualified in this area; after completion of all required tests, evaluation for possible promotion follows.
- Preferably qualified as a Racker & Blender and/or Operator I, II, III (desired).
- Must have above average attendance; to be considered for advancement, maintain an attendance record at or below the first written warning.
- Must have demonstrated good performance, attitude and behavior.
- Must pass an assessment quiz to be qualified in this area. Upon completion of all required tests, the candidate will be evaluated for possible promotion.

- Properly train R&B and/or Operators.
- Lift up to 75 lbs.

- High noise level.
- Indoor / outdoor climate.
- Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection, and proper footwear/PPE when in production facility.
