• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through customer care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient with digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
• Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and support company success.

• Strong desire to learn and master skills required of customer advocates.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
