Overview  Academic Coordinator/English Teacher Cernusco sul Naviglio – Kids&Us Language School Belux
Join our team at Kids&Us to help shape meaningful English educational experiences for children and teens. For our school in Cernusco sul Naviglio we are looking for an energetic and dedicated English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join us.

Your profile   A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
Excellent communication skills.
Well organized with good time management skills.
Flexibility with work hours and availability.
As Our Teacher You’ll Learn To   Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and peers to support the growth of the children.
Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
As a Coordinator You’ll Have To   Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.
Requirements   Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
Interest in working with children.
Planning and organisation skills.
A team player: if you’ve played on a team, you’ll fit right in.
We Offer   Fixed-term until the end of December 2025.
8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher (total 13h per week).
Young and stimulating work environment.
Start in June 2025.
