Ford Mobile Technician – The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships)

Full Time | Pay: $24/hr |

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

• Conduct recalls to ensure they meet Ford's quality standards and specifications.
• Perform visual and functional checks of vehicle components, systems, and features according to established inspection procedures.
• Identify and document any defects, damages, or issues discovered during the inspection process, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution.
• Perform oil changes, battery checks, topping off fluids.
• Inspect brake linings and make adjustments if necessary.
• Rotate tires and implement tire repairs according to vehicle standards.
• Mount and balance tires effectively.
• Perform alignment checks.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections (121‑point inspection).
• Assist in various minor services including software updates, key programming, and replacing windshield wipers.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Full‑time availability. Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience at an automotive school or program.
• Automotive 609 Certificate a plus.
• Prior dealership experience a plus.
