We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Analyst (Market Insight) to define and execute impactful marketing strategies for our innovative products. This pivotal role will drive marketing positioning, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and influence future product development through strategic insights.

• Product Positioning and Messaging:
  Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the product in the market.
• Ideation and Design:
  Brainstorm innovative product ideas and define product specifications, features, and performance requirements.
• Market Strategy & Analysis:
  Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities, potential risks, and strategic product gaps. Maintain comprehensive profiles on key competitors and emerging technologies.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with product development, sales, e‑commerce teams to support product lifecycle management and gather insights into continuous improvement.
• External Relationship Management:
  Actively participate in high‑level buyer and key account meetings to understand retailer needs, present strategic roadmaps, and gather actionable feedback to influence future strategy.

• +1 years of experience in product marketing preferred
• Previous experience in a product marketing role in consumer goods or home appliances industry preferred
• Preferred food recipe development/collaboration experience
• Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
• Savvy communicator who can distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages
• High effectiveness in managing cross‑functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range: $50K~$70K depending on experience
