E-Commerce Associate

• Assist in processing eCommerce orders across platforms such as Amazon and Walmart
• Support the generation of regular reports and business performance summaries for management review
• Coordinate daily with the Finance team to reconcile sales data and resolve discrepancies
• Help maintain accurate inventory levels by updating key retail and eCommerce platforms
• Support forecasting and inventory planning activities to help maintain optimal stock levels
• Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners in compliance with company policies
• Participate in routine inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in managing documentation and data entry within the ERP system (e.g., Net Suite)
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations
• Familiarity with online retail platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central (must)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team

Salary range: $55K–$60K
