PositionMain purpose of the position: this role will report into the Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and will manage all social channels for REVOLVE & FWRD Man, with primary focus on Instagram and Tik Tok. This role will work closely with REVOLVE & FWRD Man cross-functional teams (buying, merchandising, production) to elevate visual presence and voice, strengthen brand equity and grow the audience across all social channels.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager and Content Strategist to establish an annual social calendar that includes key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and events.
- Develop detailed social campaigns for key brand initiatives.
- Establish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for Tik Tok.
- Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent on Tik Tok and aligned to REVOLVE’s evolving brand identity.
- Manage day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesion.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure social integration and support for REVOLVE events, co-ops and campaigns.
- Develop / Execute / Iterate audience growth strategies for REVOLVE’s Tik Tok by engaging current community and new followers.
- Lead creative brainstorms / ideation sessions with the Content Team to keep content fresh and elevating.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Analytics Team to assess content and strategy performance and provide monthly iterations (Monthly Content Recaps).
- Conduct quarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities.
- Shoot content for social as needed.
- Expertise in Instagram and Tik Tok; strong knowledge of You Tube is a plus.
- Passion for Men’s Fashion and Pop Culture.
- Excellent copywriting skills and strategic storytelling.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborator and team-player with aesthetic curation skills.
- Knowledge of photo/video editing apps for social assets.
- Experience in social content creation (photo, video).
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on time.
- Flexible with a positive attitude; able to work independently and with teams.
- 3-4 years of social media experience at a Fortune 500 company and/or fashion brand.
- Expertise in Instagram and Tik Tok; strong knowledge of You Tube.
- Strong knowledge of influencers and designers aligned with REVOLVE and FWRD.
- Bachelors degree a plus.
For individuals assigned to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. The base salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
