About the role- Part-Time to Full-Time (20–30 hrs/week initially)

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Content & Production Associate to support a growing physician-led media and wellness brand.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.
Ideal for someone who loves You Tube, podcasts, reels, storytelling, creator culture, and fast-paced content production.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Assist during podcast and filming sessions
- Help set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and production gear
- Capture BTS and short-form content
- Support You Tube, Reels, Tik Tok, and Instagram content production
- Organize footage and assist with post-production workflows
- Research trends, hooks, thumbnails, and creator-style content ideas
- Help maintain content calendars and production systems
- Support smooth execution across shoots and publishing workflows
- 2–5 years of experience in content production, creator media, podcasting, or digital media preferred
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of video, audio, and lighting setups
- Comfortable in studio and field-production environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Thumbnail ideation
- Creator/influencer workflow experience
