Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings acrossthe Greater Los Angeles area. As an RBT, you'll play a key role in helpingstudents thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention plans and IEP goals (training provided)
• Assist with social-emotional learning and classroom behavior management
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Document student progress and maintain confidentiality
• Support students in various school environments-classroom, playground, sensory room, and more

• Active RBT certification (preferred, but not required for entry-level roles)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health screening (as applicable)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
