Create personalized beauty experiences for customers in the Nordstrom Beauty Department. Recommend luxury beauty products and services, build customer relationships, and support sales goals both in-store and digitally.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products suited to customers' goals.
- Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
- Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
