- Level I support for Network/LAN/Telephony
- Request accounts and access for new users
- Install standard image for new and re-image systems, perform data conversion
- Terminate, dispose of, and relocate assets as needed
- Provide parts and labor for all services required for computers, and other Related devices for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty issues
- Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other Related Devices
- Manage Service Request to meet the SLA requirement
