• Operating equipment to defined standards and product requirement goals
• Supporting a safe working environment by adhering to all plant safety, policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Preventative PPE
• Conducting required quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Extensive reading, writing, and documentation
• Working up to 8 hours per day in a loud/noisy, powdery, sometimes smelly environment
• Must be able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read, write, and document clearly
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with safety policies
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
