• Use of analytical tools (e.g., calculator).
• Schedule daily workload with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Communicate with customers during visits or audits.
• Read and interpret customer specifications and industry standards.
• Write reports, document, and maintain data in the computer.
• Assist corporate Quality Assurance in internal audits of the Quality Management System.
• Assist corporate Quality Assurance during customer and third‑party audits.
• Coach and train other plant employees.
• Assist in the implementation of the Quality System throughout the Distribution Center.
• Investigate non‑conformance and corrective actions; perform root‑cause analyses and corrective actions as needed.
• Attend monthly plant management reviews, risk management meetings, CAPA meetings, and supplier non‑conformance report meetings.

• Customer Service experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
• Either Quality Assurance experience OR a minimum of an AA Degree or completion of a technical/vocational program with college/university coursework in related fields.
• Basic computer skills.
• MILITARY‑experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
